‘Lockdown - like life! - has presented a unique set of challenges and stresses. The one place I’ve been guaranteed to find some peace has been in my practice. After a few weeks of going ‘solo’ I was so grateful to find Louise’s classes. They gave my practice variety and focus and added an element of mindfulness and positivity I hadn’t managed in my own. Even on the days I wasn’t sure I had the energy or patience, I only had to find the will to roll out my mat and logon (sometimes in my pjs!). Without fail I found a special something in every class that made me grateful I’d joined.’
