How to Prepare
You'll need a mat or blanket to lie on, a couple of pillows, cushions and a blanket to keep you cosy. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in (maybe layers if we're outside!) and bring some drinking water.
This workshop will be recorded so if you can't make the date or time or would like to practice again, you will receive 31 days access to the recording.

Our annual Summer Solstice Celebration is all about witnessing and honouring the changing of the season and welcoming summer. A time to connect with our own inner light to help us to find our way home to the peace and ease that resides within.
We will aim to practice as the sun sets at Heartwood Forest whilst also Live Streaming via Zoom, so you'll have the choice to practice in the Forest or Online.
Expect a flowing practice with ample time spent in meditation and restorative and yin poses to reflect, pause and sow the seeds of intention for the coming season.
No experience necessary, just a curious mind and a willingness to open your heart to the lessons the universe may be offering you.
PLUS you’ll be able to use the recording again to maintain that sense of calm (31 day access to recording included in your purchase).
