Nature has long held a fascination for me. Its beauty, its resilience, its ability to make me pause in wonder and its never-ending wisdom that it offers.
My 'Journey through the Elements' programme is a journey of discovery held over 6 weeks bringing together the ancient teachings of yoga and mindfulness, the wisdom of Nature and your amazing self-transforming brain that you can shape to create long lasting happiness and contentment.
Using the five elements of the earth as a basis, I will share with you how Nature has influenced my self-development over the past 20 years or so. I have been incredibly fortunate to spend that time in a career that focused on wildlife conservation and I spent a great deal of time in the presence of Nature.
I will share how it helped me uncover my natural essence and bring to the surface my innate ability to live a life full of joy, ease, fulfillment, and peace.
This course is for you if:
- you feel like life moves at a relentless pace,
- you often get stuck in spiralling negative thought patterns,
- you sense life has more to offer you and vice versa,
- you'd like to reach your full potential and feel fulfilled and happy on a regular basis,
- you'd like to create or maintain a strong healthy body and mind,
- you'd like to create space and time for your own well-being,
- you’d like to re-learn how to slow down and connect to your inner wisdom.
Although fully practical and lived on the mat through yoga and mindfulness techniques, theory will be weaved in alongside our practices so that you can begin to take what you learn off the mat and into everyday life – I have found this is where real change happens.
This course starts on Monday 20 February 2023 and you have the choice of joining our membership or purchasing this one-off course. 1 live class per week is included in this option and access to all recordings for an additional month following the ending of the course.
There will be a strong, physical, alignment-based approach to the dynamic flow classes and an insightful, meditated quality to the gentler, slower paced classes.
