The Details of the Mindfulness Membership

A regular mindfulness practice is essential to reap the benefits of this transformational practice and ensure it becomes an integral part of our lives. Consistency is key!

When we practice regularly we see how we are better able to cope with stress, anxiety, fatigue and discover ease, joy and happiness in everyday life.

The intention behind this membership is to provide a nurturing space to explore new topics and themes and give you the motivation and inspiration to maintain focus and commitment to your practice, as well as a space to connect with fellow practitioners on a similar path.


The Mindfulness Membership includes:

  • Monthly (10 per year), two-hour sessions in-person or online. These will be recorded so you can refer back to them or catch up at a time to suit you. 


  • Monthly sessions will have a particular theme where we will explore a particular topic in more depth and will be guided by the groups interests and needs. See below for dates, times and suggested themes for 2024.


  • Following the monthly session you will receive a newsletter with more information on the topic, suggested reading and home practice and 2-4 pre-recorded classes so you can explore it in more depth and integrate it into your practice and your life over the coming month.


  • You will also be able to join our weekly Midday Meditation, live online or via the recording. This class takes place each Monday at 12.30pm (excludes school holidays and bank holidays move to Tuesdays).


  • You will also be able to join our weekly Body Scan practice (aka Yoga Nidra), live online or via the recording. This takes place each Monday at 08.20am (excludes school holidays and bank holidays move to Tuesdays). 


  • There will also be a community area where you will have the opportunity to interact with fellow students, ask questions and recieve feedback from Louise about your practice and any questions you may have.

Membership costs just £6.90 per week.

It automatically renews monthly and you are free to cancel or pause at any time.

  • Touching in with Peace - Fri 12 Jan, 10.00-12.00

    As we enter the New Year we'll explore what it might be like to point our compass towards peace and to take in the peace that is accessible to each one of us, as we move about our days.

  • Befriending the Self-Critic - Fri 2 Feb, 10.00-12.00

    Getting to know our Self-Critic through mindfulness can help us take a compassionate view of it, understand it's motives and then apply antidotes to reduce any negative impact.

  • Inner Adventure - Fri 8 March, 10.00-12.00

    This month we'll take a bird's eye view of our learning route and see what, if anything, can be learned from how it's unfolding so far and how the journey can be an adventure.

Our in-person sessions will take place at the spacious, light-filled visitor centre at Highfield Park in Hertfordshire, AL4 0RA.

The visitor centre is surrounded by 82 acres of beautiful rural public park so perfect for mindful walking! 

There is ample car parking right outside and is easily accessible from the surrounding area with the A414, A1M and M25 closeby.

All sessions will also be available to join online via Zoom and will be recorded using professional high-quality sound system.
