Autumn is the season of transition. Big changes are happening in nature as she gets ready to release and let go. By following the wisdom of this seasons we can learn that:
- surrendering and letting go can be really beautiful,
- change is possible and sometimes necessary and
- slowing down a little after a busy summer is okay and often essential to regain balance and health.
This programme will gve you the opportunity for reflection and self-nourishment, to connect to what is truly important to you and let go of what might holding you back.
In a blink of an eye, the autumn will move on and remind us that the only constant is change so join us to make the most of this beautiful, precious season.
Although fully practical and lived on the mat through yoga and mindfulness techniques, theory will be weaved in alongside our practices so that you can begin to take what you learn off the mat and into everyday life – I have found this is where real change happens.
