“May all your best creations be conceived during this time of fertility and abundance. Celebrate the glory of spring at its height"
~ Unknown
The ancient Celtic fire festival of Beltane is all about fertility, abundance and celebrating the profusion of new life that is bursting forth everywhere.
The Earth energies are at their strongest and most active at this time and we can connect into this and welcome the potential to see our deepest desires becoming reality.
Louise’s Blossoming with Beltane Retreat offers a way to connect deeply with your hearts-desire and find inspiration and motivation to move towards your desires becoming reality, as well as receiving renewal for mind, body and soul.
It will take place at the beautiful Oak House Studio set within the grounds of Hatfield House where we’ll have the opportunity to explore this ancient landscape and connect with its abundant Nature.
This retreat is for everybody, complete beginners are very welcome, come just as you are!
Here’s what Louise has planned for this retreat:
AWAKEN
Louise will guide you through an awakening, flowing mindful yoga practice that will shift energies, shake out tension, and release the physical body. She will weave in theory on how we can tap into the abundant energies of Beltane.
To conclude the morning, Louise will guide you through mindful reflection techniques to draw out where our heart’s desires lie and practical ways to make them reality.
INSPIRE
After a plant-based, nourishing lunch we’ll connect to the inspirational energy that Nature can provide by taking a walk through Hatfield Park’s ancient landscape. Our time in park will include mindful Nature art, physical connections with the land, and Nature-based mindfulness.
RENEWAL
We’ll return to the Oak House for an afternoon of renewing, healing rest through restorative and yin yoga. You’ll also be treated to a deeply relaxing yoga nidra practice with sound therapy.
This Blossoming with Beltane Retreat is for you if:
• You’re interested in exploring various forms of yoga and mindfulness (you could be a complete beginner),
