This 6-week course aims to support your well-being and foster a sense of unity and connection through yoga, mindfulness, and personal development.
Each week is dedicated to a unique aspect of personal growth, helping you cultivate inner peace and resilience while inspiring and uplifting those around you. By engaging in these practices, you’re not only enhancing your own life but also contributing to a more connected and compassionate world. Together, we can bridge gaps, build understanding, and foster a sense of community that extends beyond the yoga mat.
You’ll engage in a variety of yoga practices, meditation, and reflective exercises that are carefully crafted to promote both personal transformation and a positive influence on your surroundings. When does it start?
This course starts on Tuesday 7 January 2025, with the following classes:
- Tuesdays 07.30-08.15 – Sunrise Flow (Online Only)
- Wednesdays 10.00-11.00 – Gentle & Restorative (Highfield & Online)
- Wednesdays 18.30-19.30 – Candelit Yin (Highfield & Online)
- Saturdays 09.30-10.45 – Flow & Reflect (Highfield & Online)
PLUS, all classes are recorded so if you miss a class, you can still practice at a time to suit you.
I use professional sound equipment, so it sounds as if I’m in the room with you (according to my students!).
In-person classes take place at Highfield Park Visitor Centre in St Albas, AL4 0RA, a lovely light-filled space with underfloor heating.
