“Live in each season as it passes; breath the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influences of each"

❄️ Embrace the Wisdom of Winter
For many of us, winter is the season we brace ourselves for - the long, dark nights, the biting cold, the quiet stillness. It can feel heavy, bleak, even isolating.
I used to feel the same way. Spring and summer brought growth and lightness, autumn offered beauty and reflection - but winter? Winter was something to endure. I rushed through it, never pausing to listen to what it might be trying to teach me.
Does this sound familiar?
- Do you find winter a struggle - physically, emotionally, or spiritually?
- Do you feel sluggish, unmotivated, or weighed down?
- Do you experience the “winter blues” and long for spring’s return?
If you answered yes to any of these, this retreat is for you!
