Monthly Mindfulness Sessions

“The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, the wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms.”

~ Thich Nhat Hanh

A regular mindfulness practice is essential to reap the benefits of this transformational practice and ensure it becomes an integral part of our lives. Consistency is key!

When we practice regularly we see how we are better able to cope with stress, anxiety, fatigue and discover ease, joy and happiness in everyday life.

The intention behind these monthly sessions is to provide a nurturing space to explore new topics and themes and give you the motivation and inspiration to maintain focus and commitment to your practice, as well as a space to connect with fellow practitioners on a similar path.

Monthly sessions will have a particular theme where we will explore a topic in more depth and will be guided by the groups interests and needs.

"Regular pockets of goodness"

by Karolina Joiner

"Monthly mindfulness sessions with Lou have been a lifeline to me, giving me a gentle reminder and place to come back to myself, reconnect, pause and regenerate my nervous system on a regular basis. I have drawn strength from knowing I have these regular pockets of goodness ready for me each month and in between sessions, I am able to revisit and practice at my own pace has been priceless. Lou is a master in weaving mindfulness, meditation and psychological research in an environment of kindness and holding of all there is, without judgment. I am grateful for this opportunity and hope others find this space as invaluable for their wellbeing."

"One of the highlights of 2023"

by Colin Raizon

"One of the highlights for me of 2023 has been participating in Louise’s truly inspiring Mindfulness Based Living course. Whilst I have done mindfulness courses previously none has been infused so effectively with love and compassion both for ourselves and for others. Louise is a naturally-gifted teacher and facilitator with a warmth, openness and enthusiasm that makes the course enjoyable, enlightening and nurturing. Being in community with like-minded people brings joy and Louise creates a safe space in which we have all felt uninhibited to share our thoughts, feelings and experiences openly. My motivation for participating in the course was to find more tools to support me with life’s inevitable challenges and as a result to be better-placed to support others. Louise has been instrumental in empowering me to achieve this."

"All of Lou’s sessions are amazing whether they are yoga live or online, the full mindfulness course or most recently the monthly sessions… you can walk in feeling wired by life but will certainly leave feeling centred and grounded… whole again! Her work has been invaluable to helping me tap back into my intuition and the present moment again. I am wholeheartedly grateful and wish everyone could experience Lou’s beautiful and essential work"

'Yoga gives us peace and clarity in order to see the beauty and wonder that is all around us'

Louise Neicho

Having spent the first 20 years of my professional life working in and with Nature I feel a deep connection to the natural world that has promoted numerous benefits in my life. Combining this with a love and appreciation of yoga and mindfulness that spans over two decades has enabled me to share practices that help us connect more deeply with Nature and ourselves. I have completed over 1000hrs of yoga and mindfulness teacher training and in 2023 I received a distinction for my master's degree in Mindfulness where my thesis focused on the wellbeing benefits of connecting with Nature. I can honestly say that yoga and Nature has saved my life on more than one occasion, and I don’t think I would be the person I am today if it wasn’t for my practice. To bring all of this together is simply a dream come true and I hope you will join me and our like-minded community soon.

Practices are truly transformative as well as nourishing and supportive both physically and mentally- whatever class I choose. I simply feel so much better when I practice.’

'A unique approach'
