Compassionate Connections Retreat Day, Sun 4 Feb 2024
Explore how mindful compassion can help us navigate uncertainty, personal challenges, setbacks, pain and disappointment, and ultimately lead towards taking action to contribute to a better world.
Sunday 4 February 2024, 10.00-16.30
“The heart that breaks open can contain the whole universe” ~ Joanna Macy
Life is messy. The world can feel a little crazy. And we can feel overwhelmed by it all.
Often our habitual reaction is to distract ourselves from it, shut it all out, try to create perfection and in the process, numb ourselves to what is happening.
This can prevent us from being present with all the joy, wonder and gratitude that is naturally there within our lives. We miss out on the beauty of this precious human life and are unable to achieve our full potential.
This is where mindful compassion can support our lives and give us the tools we need to become a ‘Compassionate Mess’ and find a compassionate way in this crazy, messy world.
Bodhini and Louise have teamed up again to bring you this 'Compassionate Connections' Retreat Day where they will be sharing with you how mindful compassion can help us navigate uncertainty, personal challenges, setbacks, pain and disappointment, and ultimately lead towards taking action to contribute to a better world.
