'Lou has a gift'

by Gwladys Morin

'Lou has a gift. A gift for words and spiritual kindness. I love that Lou's yoga classes have a strong element of mindfulness. I LOVE her classes - they have been a blessing during this period of lockdown and will be key as lockdown is eased and one has to go through another period of change adapting to the new normal.'

'Every class is inclusive'

by Orla Mackie

“As a member of Woodland Yoga I love the flexibility of it all, we have access to online live classes and if we can’t make those we have lots of pre-recorded classes and I particularly love the 30 minute ones that we can squeeze into the end of the day! I had always thought that yoga was for particularly fit and flexible people and I was always quite apprehensive of joining! However, Louise makes every class so inclusive, providing in a clear and gentle way, an alternative to every pose and never making us feel as if that was the easy option for the non-yogi type!”

'Louise teaches from the heart'

by Amy Dodd

“The classes cover a specific topic each term, and I’ve found that having a subject to focus on really enhances my yoga practice, off the mat as well as on it! Lou brings some wonderful insights into each class and you can tell she really teaches from the heart. Thanks Lou, I’m looking forward to carrying on my practice with you in 2021!”

Your Teacher

'Yoga gives us peace and clarity in order to see the beauty and wonder that is all around us'

Louise Neicho

Having spent the first 20 years of my professional life working in and with Nature I feel a deep connection to the natural world that has promoted numerous benefits in my life. Combining this with a love and appreciation of yoga and mindfulness that spans over two decades has enabled me to share practices that help us connect more deeply with Nature and ourselves. I have completed over 1000hrs of yoga and mindfulness teacher training and in 2023 I received a distinction for my master's degree in Mindfulness where my thesis focused on the wellbeing benefits of connecting with Nature. I can honestly say that yoga and Nature has saved my life on more than one occasion, and I don’t think I would be the person I am today if it wasn’t for my practice. To bring all of this together is simply a dream come true and I hope you will join me and our like-minded community soon.

'Huge benefit on my mental health'

by Keely Williams

“I can honestly say I'm enjoying yoga more than ever. Lou's teaching style is encouraging in an extremely kind, warm and supportive way. I know that Lou simpy wants us all to feel great and that really comes across in her classes. As well as increasing fitness and flexibility I've seen a huge benefit on my mental health. Somehow I end the sessions feeling cool, calm, collected and invigorated all at the same time.”
